Self-help hypnotic like healing:
If you have emotional stress or symptoms such as anxiety, phobias, fears,
symptoms of PTSD, recurring negative thoughts, a trauma history and
are interested in using hypnosis or your subconscious to heal, then
this site might be just the one for you. Process Healing is very respectful
and, with the standard qualifications, safe to use and usually works
fast. Most simply, it consists of educating all of your aspects why
it is good to heal, handling all the objections to healing put forth
by aspects, and then teaching the subconscious how to heal. Click

Chaos
or complexity theory: In 1994, I presented
a paper at the international conference of the Society for Chaos Theory
in Psychology and the Life Sciences explaining a psychological treatment
intervention that was based upon Walter Freeman's notions about self-generating
chaos systems. The treatment involved eye movements (EMDR). Later that
Year, I learned treatment intervention based upon tapping on acupressure
points. I extended the model. When I discovered that the subconscious
could tap on the inside of the system to heal trauma, I gradually developed
a theory about how the brain worked and the personality developed.
Though this is not a formal presentation of a chaos model of the brain,
theorists or persons interested in chaos modeling will get exposed to
how the brain works in a behavioral/chaos model of the brain. Chaos
concepts are used such as experience changes memory, small stimuli cause
massive responses, and recurrent systems that are replicated through
the brain and body. The bottom line is that behavior is a hierarchy
of self-orgaanized, self-determined neural process in a series of state
transitions. I don't think or teach using chaos theory, because in mental
heath, the work "chaos" immediately ends communication. But
this behavioral model is based upon chaos principles and accounts for
the development of the personality very well..
The model developed here doesn't fit formal chaos theories because I
was more interested in building a model that would fit my clinical experience.
My clinical experience involved severe mental illnesses and the most
extreme forms of multiple personality disorder observed in ritual abuse
and mind control cases. This model accounts for the extremes of behavior
which is what theorists have to be exposed if they really want to model
human behavior. You can't see how the brain really works with normal
behavior. It also includes teaching the subconscious how to heal. If
you are interested in human behavior and chaos modeling, this site might

Multiple
Personality Disorder: (Also
called dissociative Identity Disorder, MPD, or DID)
This is a self-hypnotic like technique which teaches you to communicate
to your subconscious while you are awake. There are aspects of your
personality that might interfere with this communication. And for good
reason, they may block any change you might want to make in your beliefs,
memories, or experience. These barriers can happen with any hypnotic
technique. Process Healing provides the
method to establish rapport with all aspects of your personality and
get them to fully cooperate and want to heal. Only after all aspects
want to heal will you teach your subconscious how to heal. This is a
very respectful self-change technique that is obtained by simply reading
the pages on this web site.
With
Process Healing, you can:
Establish rapport with
all aspects of your personality.
Convince
all aspects of your personality to want to
heal and become one with
the main personality.
Teach your subconscious how to heal painful emotions.
Heal intrusive experiences, phobias, social fears.
Get positive thoughts
with automatic
healing carried out by your subconscious.
End an upset by asking your subconscious to heal it.

Repression:
This web site develops a model brain functions in the formation of the
personality. One of the spin-offs of this model is that repression is
explained in a nice way. The basic idea is that there is a neural system
that has both conscious and unconscious neural activity that affect
our behavior. This neural system is what generates our overt and covert
behavior. In this system is a dissociative process develops normally.
It is the dissociative process that causes the conscious and unconscious
mind. The dissociative process works both automatically and voluntarily.
For example, when we read, we blot out the noise with the dissociative
process or when we walk to a door, we don't see the hinges. People can
decide they don't want to remember something and not remember it. This
is the voluntary use of the dissociative process used to hide painful
experiences. If you want to find out more about dissociative processes

Hypnosis or self-hypnosis:
While this is written for the general public it
contains all the details for therapists this hypnotic like technique.
The ordinary web surfer can read the instructions of the process healing
course and most likely, by following the instructions carefully, have
his/her subconscious learn the self healing process. Though hypnosis
is not used here formally, it uses the hypnotic technique of ideomotor
responses; finger responses are used to communicate with your subconscious.
You will learn this hypnosis technique online without going into trance.
The technique of healing here allows you to operate directly with past
emotional trauma experiences. You can do this with all aspects of your
personality participating constructively. This theory also gives a nice
explanation of hypnosis. If you want to find out more about this interesting
hypnotic technique, about an explanation for hypnosis, and about the
theory, Click

Learning or personality theory:
Process healing is based upon a learning theory that was developed from
clinical experience. This learning theory is capable of explaining the
formation of most pathologies that are found in abnormal behavior. The
basis for the theory is that sensory experience causes a memory process.
The beauty of this observation is that it consistent with research that
shows that experience changes memory. One corollary of this assumption
is that there is never extinction, just continued learning in a changed
environment. An adaptive property of behavior.
This theory explains the effects of trauma and the active ingredients
of treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
and Thought Field Therapy, both therapies that involves sensory stimulation.
The theory accounts for behaviors that most learning theorists never
come in contact with: behaviors like Multiple Personalities, amnesic
parts, dissociative parts, phobias, strange effects of trauma, prebirth
parts, the subconscious, dissociation, association, etc. It even explains
how the subconscious can heal automatically. This theory accounts for
all of these phenomena and more. So if you want to continue to learn

Questions about acupressure
points: In the middle 1980s, Roger Callahan developed
a psychological treatment method called Thought Field Therapy. This
therapy involved tapping on a number of 12 acupressure points to cause
the emotions to be healed on traumas, phobias, and most other mental
emotional issues. He explained this process using an energy theory model.
The tapping was making a change in the persons energy field.
The model developed here assumes that
the active ingredient of change is the sensory stimulation of tapping
on the acupressure points. This assumptions led to the development of
a theory of brain and behavior. This theory explains the development
of the personality and a good number of extreme mental health issues
like Multiple Personality Disorder and amnesic parts. The interesting
thing that you can learn from reading this web site is that your subconscious
can learn to tap on some internal brain feature, related to the tapping
on acupressure points on the outside, to cause the emotional upset we
are thinking about to decrease in intensity or go away. So, if you are
interested in healing any emotional issues or just in the way the personality
is formed or works, Click
